Excellent light, very bright, great if you are doing close up work. You have to assemble it yourself, which is fairly easy. The light can be twisted to where you want it.

Firstly, prospective buyers may notice that under the headline "Frequently bought together", a 4 tube fluorescent bulb is shown. That bulb is not a match for this lamp. The light for this lamp is provided by an integral 12 watt LED. It has a life of 50,000 hours. Even if the lamp is used every single day for 5 hours, it will still last over 27 years. It has a useful lower setting which uses only 6 watts; this is very welcome given current electricity prices. The product requires assembly. It is actually fairly simple to put together, just handle the wires carefully. I have situated mine behind my sofa where it illuminates my reading matter perfectly. The base is heavy and very stable. I am very satisfied with the lamp, I should have bought one like this years ago. In fact I may buy another for use with my piano. If your eyes have seen better days, like mine, this is a "must" buy.

easy to assemble and having two light strengths is useful. The light quality is kind to the eyes and I've given it 4 stars, not 5, because it is understandably plasticy for the price. No object of beauty, but very practical!

I was a little worried as I was spending a lot of money, for me. It is a brilliant light, I am so pleased. I like to knit & do not like the normal light bulbs as I cannot see properly. I did have a light with 4 different light settings but this one has a much bigger head & gives a fabulous light on either settings. I only tend to use the first setting as it is bright enough. So I have moved this elsewhere to use. I got frustrated going through all the settings to get to what I wanted. This one is only daylight. It was easy to put together & very sturdy, it’s not going to get knocked over. I love the size of the light head, yes it is a lot bigger than my previous one but the light difference is amazing. I highly recommend it.

I bought this lamp to help light up my needlework area so I can stitch in the evening. The light is bright and I can direct it over my work. The base feels sturdy. There are two different levels of brightness. It’s just what I was after at a reasonable price. It’s a bit fiddly to put together, but not too bad if you’ve got a second pair of hands while connecting the wires.

Ha una presa presumo inglese, quindi non si può usare in Italia senza un adattatore o senza cambiare la presa. Peccato perché la spedizione è veloce, ma poi non si può usare la lampada. Ha anche un fusibile incorporato... Boh. Immagiamo che cambio la presa e poi non funziona, cosa faccio, il reso? Statevi attenti... O comprate subito un adattatore! Che due...@ !

Aún no he podido saber si funciona bien porque el enchufe creo que es inglés. En las instrucciones, punto 10 dice «polarized plug» y en el dibujo aparece preparado para adaptar a enchufe. En la que yo he recibido tendría que comprar adaptador o cambiar cable y enchufe completo.

Leider wurde mir eine Lampe mit einem anderen Stecker geliefert (schätze US, könnte aber auch was anderes sein). Währe der richtige EU Stecker dran gewesen würde ich hier 5 Sterne geben. Schade :-(
