I am a nurse in the OR who spends 12 hours on her feet. These Crocs are so comfortable. They are roomy and not tight on your feet, but my feet do not slide around in them either. I wish they did have some air holes on the sides as they can get a little warm on your feet if you are hot-natured like I am. Overall, a great shoe, and I have received so many compliments on the color as well.
