I'm a very tall and broad-shouldered rugby-played-build person who has been attempting to consciously correct my posture for years. According to the size chart, the XXL shouldn't fit me, but it did, just about. I've used the brace for 3 days now, but over the course of just a single day, my upper back pain was substantially reduced. Lower back pain, which the brace doesn't even reach, also practically vanished due to the nature of how these things are all connected. It's relatively easy to put on and take off, although I would've appreciated instructions. That last bit is important, because I happen to know that you *absolutely should not wear this to bed*, and if I didn't know that then I would've done. It feels like a quality piece of kit, unlike some of the cheaper options that I've used in the past. As with most things, save your money - invest in quality and you'll spend less in the long run. Excellent value. However, due to the sturdy design, it does show when wearing it underneath clothing. If you spend a lot of time sitting down though, this is a must-have.

Used this product to correct a curvature in my spine, and also to help with back ache caused by standing all day in work, and from weights workouts. Easy to put on and feels very sturdy and strong, but also very comfortable. The shoulder straps have a wide range of adjustment, and stay fixed in place once secured. The best surprise was how effective the support was in pulling my shoulders up and back, allowing me to stand a full 2 inches taller due to the straightening of my back and shoulders. It is also surprisingly contoured to your back, so can be worn discreetly under a jumper or shirt if necessary when in work, or walking. A very worthwhile purchase that I highly recommend to anyone suffering with back/posture problems.

Ayant eu un métier plutôt physique durant une bonne partie de ma carrière professionnelle, cela fait une bonne vingtaine d'années que je me suis retrouvé avec de sérieux problèmes de dos. J'ai donc eu besoin de ceinture pour le soulager dès que je dois faire des efforts. J'en ai testé plusieurs, j'ai acheté celle-ci pour sa capacité de maintenir aussi bien le bas que le haut du dos avec plusieurs niveaux de serrage. Le résultat a été très rapide, c'est la plus comfortable et efficace que j'ai pu avoir jusqu'à présent. Je la recommande à tout ceux qui ont les mêmes problèmes que moi et qui veulent rester actifs malgré tout.

Nachdem ich den Rückenstützgürtel erstmals anlegte, war ich doch positiv überrascht. Der in den Bewertungen häufig zitierte schlechte chemische Geruch konnte von mir nicht festgestellt werden. Das Material erscheint robust und langlebig. Er lässt sich bequem tragen, wahrscheinlich auch über längere Zeit. Über den gesundheitlichen Nutzen kann ich derzeit noch keine Aussage treffen. Die Größe L scheint für meine doch nicht unbescheidenen 196 cm Körpergröße gut zu funktionieren. Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt kann ich den Rückenstützgürtel durchaus empfehlen. Aber wie bereits beschrieben, ist dies lediglich mein erster Eindruck.
