I used to get 3 colds a year
My hairdresser remained healthy winter after winter while I would get 3 colds a year. Her secret was Airborne. Now if I get one cold a year, I'm surprised and double my daily dose. It may be the proportion of Vitamin C to Zinc. I tried taking the vitamins and minerals components individually, but that was not as effective as buying Airborne. Berry is my favorite but it's very hard to find. They're chewable, don't get stuck in your teeth like gummies, and are reasonably priced. None of the knock-offs I've tried taste nearly as good.
