Selenium Supplement Review
Not much to say about a noninflammatory supplement except that is a nice size, digestible and easy to swallow capsule. Great price in the dose I was looking for. Would buy this brand again.

Relieves Eye Pain from Graves' Disease related Thyroid Eye Disease
I was diagnosed with Graves' Disease at the start of 2025. An unfortunate symptom of Graves' Disease is inflammation of the muscles around the eyes which results in pain, swelling, and can lead to permanent eye bulging. My endocrinologist recommended that I start taking Selenium alongside my primary thyroid medication. I selected this supplement, and I have found it to be highly effective at reducing my symptoms related to TED (Thyroid Eye Disease). After a few days of taking one pill a day I found that my eye pain decreased and almost completely disappeared. After a few months I lowered the dose to the 100mcg dose which has continued to be effective. I wholeheartedly recommend this Selenium supplement for helping to relieve the symptoms of Graves' Disease related TED.
