So far I’m loving KSM-66 and it’s definitely not a placebo effect. I’ve been having trouble sleeping the past few years. It has killed my testosterone levels. I take a lot of supplements, and many people recommended magnesium glycinate before bed. That worked a little bit, but I was still waking up at night. About a week ago I began pairing that magnesium glycinate with KSM-66 and omg what a difference. I haven’t had my sleep interrupted at all this week. It worked from the very first time I paired them. I hope this continues and doesn’t taper off because I feel refreshed every morning now. All bodies are different, mine is reacted great to KSM-66.

Great but I had to stop after several months bc it’s going me acid reflux pretty bad. Also, it’s a huge capsule so it’s difficult to swallow without food to chase it. Not great to take before bed.
