This is the official bar that is used in gyms. I love how quick it is to release the weights and it just feels good in your hands. I can keep up with the video and if I need to add or reduce I can do so without pausing. The weight plates are also nice when using them alone. It’s expensive but it’s worth it for sure. A regular barbell is nice if you’re not switching weights often, but this transition just can’t be beat. Smooth, quick, no extra pieces. Just squeeze and release.
