KKSB Aluminium Case for Raspberry Pi 4B 7-inch Touch Screen (NOT Included) - Space for Low Profile Cooler

This case offers excellent build quality and ease of assembly. The metal construction feels robust, and everything fits together well (I'm using the Pi 4B and the original 7-inch Pi display). Accessing the SD card can be a bit tricky after assembly, but thankfully, tweezers are included. That’s fine with me since I won’t be removing the SD card often. This is my second purchase from this company, and they continue to deliver.

Product is great and really solid, exactly what i was looking for to hold my pi and touch screen for a DIY thermostat project. I went with this as other plastic cases might hold the screen via some clips and attempting to take the screen out might chip or crack the corners. There was no instructions so using the image from the amazon listing I was able to figure out how to put it together. The only confusing part is that there are 2 very small similar sized screws that come with this, and only one of them will thread into the back of the screen. One other thing to note is that there is no real way to get wires out to access the GPIO pins except through the screw mount holes or the slot you can undo to access the sd card, though using this might make taking the sd card out a challenge if you need to do so often.

It was honestly really easy to set up and build. I will say that you can change the sd card once you mount the pi but you might need a speciality tool.

I was looking for a case that would house a Pi 4B and the official 7" Pi touch display. This was a perfect solution for me. Very happy! I easily created a solar power monitor running the Venus OS from Victron Energy with this. This worked so well that it's got me thinking about new projects to try. Some previous reviews stated that the case was not the right size for the touch screen. In my case, it fits pretty well. If I had any complaints at all, it would be the tiny gap between the side walls and the monitor. At the distance this will be used it's hardly noticeable. If you look up close it's noticeable. Not a problem for me.

My favorite case option for Raspberry Pi. I have one for Pi 4 and one for Pi 5. Sturdy aluminum case with plenty of room inside for accessories.

Nice sturdy case. Comes without instructions for installing screen and computer. The only guide is the photo of open case in Amazon listing. Wiring shown in photo not included with case and didn't match wiring for my screen. No fan with the case. Required fan is 25mm not 30 mm.

Made a home assistant kiosk and wanted to add it next to our back door so the kids could turn on our outside smart lights away from the house since they do not have phones. This case worked perfectly and now we don’t have to find our phones to turn the lights on for them.
