FINALLY i have found a pre workout that tastes nice!! It tastes like good ol lemon squash not as zingie more sweet but i like it and its certainly better than many i have tried. You know exactly what to expect with the flavour. No creative names or monkeys or dragons just lemon. Thank you.

The previous version of this was great. Then Reflex decided to discontinue it and make this version which is terrible. No pump, no tingle, and always turns up clumped together and solid! It does NOTHING for me. I always used Reflex for all my supplements but they just lost a long time customer. Never buying this again, it’s garbage and a waste of money!!

Great pump product without the caffeine so helps fuel the nighttime work outs perfectly. It does make me extremely tingly but it has been dosed well. Flavour is tolerable but would prefer alternative flavours without caffeine in the future.

This is definitely one of my favourite pre workouts i've tried in quite a while. Not only did the twizzle lolly flavour taste absolutely amazing but i've had a really good boost for my training sessions every time i've used it so far. Depending how you use this pre workout you can either single scoop for 175mg of caffeine or double scoop for the full 350mg, however double scooping with drop the number of servings in the tub down to just 20 servings verses 40 if you single scoop. Where i normally train at night after i finish work i've only really been using a single scoop serving because i don't want too much caffeine late at night but even with the 175mg servings i have still been having really nice boosts off of it to fuel me through my training sessions. I found it mixes into the water perfectly every single time & is ready to drink within a couple of seconds. But the best bit by far for me is the flavour, if you have a sweet tooth & like sweets but are trying to keep to your meal plan this truly is a treat as it tastes so good. But it is nice to get to have a unique flavour that's not the exact same as every other pre workout out there that we've all had a million times over already. Only thing i would say & its down to personal preference but i did tend to use a little more water than the recommended 200ml of water per scoop. I just felt at 200ml it was a little too strong for my liking but at around 300ml i found it a really enjoyable to flavour to drink before my workouts. Definitely something i will be getting again in the future although i'm now intrigued to try any other unique flavours they may have.

This used to be one of the best pre-workouts. Unfortunately, the newer version is nowhere near.

Mixed in with my drinks pretty exercise this enabled me to go that bit further have a little bit more energy and not crash as hard on the way back down after I have finished the exercise. Not a bad flavor easy to use dosage instructions are on the back the container is recyclable.

I spent a hile looking for a cheap pre workout without creatine, and decided to give this a shot. I don't know if it's a poor product or Amazon's storage, but my tub was solid... After a few minutes with a fork, and squeezing the sides of the tub, I was able to get myself a scoop. It dissolves well, tastes alright, and seems to work. I have one scoop before the workout, the another during, and I've had no issues with side effects yet. Whether there's more energy than other pre workouts, I can't say, but I definitely prefer zero creatine. I'll try it again, assuming I got a bad tub. Assuming it's alright, it's good value for money.

Gutted as it has came and its completely solid when opened so not sure the quality is going to be there and going to be annoying to grind it down into powder to get an actual scoop
