Seems more effective for me
It was very easy to incorporate the Qultured B12 into my daily habits. I just squeeze the dropper into my morning glass of cold water before my daily exercises. I also take this in combination with Bcomplex. They seem to work very well for me. I think the fermentation does make it easier for my body to absorb and I feel it more immediately. The fresh flavor also tastes pleasant.

No notable results
Used a full bottle as directed and there was no notable difference. Perhaps opt for a 3rd party tested alternative at a better price.

Great energy, clean taste.
Been trying different B12 supplements and I this is the only fermented one on the market. Has a refreshing taste too! I notice this affects me more than other capsules I've tried. Also worth noting, be sure to refrigerate it! I almost didn't see the note on the bottle.

Feel better fast
