How do you set all the keys to be --"all red"--- and stay lit red all the time -- instead of moving lights -- that i can not stop noving?

Ours never moved, always steady red.

Is the entire bottom of the keyboard plastic, or is the bottom plastic only in the center with aluminum around the edges? Thx.
