Sagrada, perhaps the most enjoyable game I've ever played.
I found this game to be very easy to learn. The rules are well explained and the game is easy to pick up and understand. My only difficulty in learning the game came in the first time playing it through where I hadn't read properly how turn order works, but it was my fault for missing it, it was indeed written there. The dice can be jostled quite easily and, as the game relies on which face of a die is facing upwards, this can become an issue if a sleeve catches one of the die or the table is moved suddenly, however I find that this isn't too much of an issue and doesn't detract from the overall enjoyment that I have had with this game. Sagrada is easily one of my top ten favourite board games. I might even dare to say that it is my most favourite were the dice to have a bit more weight to them. The components are very beautiful and well made. The 'window' boards are very sturdy and can stand up to a substantial amount of abuse, the dice are very colourful and the translucency does make them reminiscent of the stained glass windows they're emulating, and the cards (tool cards, objective cards, private objective cards, and window layout cards) are of a very nice quality. Overall, I have very little in the way of negative comments to make towards this game. It is a very simple concept that is easy to understand and easy to play. I feel that younger minds may be deterred by the difficulty that some of the game's objectives can present (such as making sure to have no repeating colours in a row or column), but I think that this game has a great deal to offer to those who like to engage their mind in a meaningful way with a game that doesn't over complicate or overwhelm. TLDR; Sagrada belongs in any board game enthusiast's collection. It's fun, it's easy to learn and play, and it'll afford you hours of fun.

Great game
Easy to learn .. but still challenging enough to play on a regular basis...Option to choose different levels of difficulty keeps it fresh .. can choose different levels for different players in same game. You don't need a really big playing space either.

Beautiful fun game with a good level of replayability
Beautifully presented game, lovely box and nice heavy duty card. This is a really nice game. The basics can be picked up in a few minutes. Watch a YouTube video to get the basics if your not sure. Lots of different strategy depending on the objective cards chosen and there is something really nice and tactile about this game. As its a game played strictly over 10 rounds it doesn't drag on too long and can be played in 20 mins or so. There is some level of puzzle and strategy to the game and it is a challenge to get all the dice slots filled. The addition of the favour cards helps to get you out of a blocked in situation. If you like this game I would also highly recommend Azul that's a very similar strategic pattern building game. Though Sagrada and Azul both work really well as two or more player games.

A family game
The quarter of this game is excellent. Fun to plan.Easy to learn. Fiendish to master and now a popular game with all my family. I would recommend the expansion to six players as this enhances the game.

Brilliant game
I'm not a strong fan of board games, but found this really enjoyable. Can be played with just 2, really easy to learn the rules and a round doesn't last too long. The connections with stained glass are rather nebulous, but it results in very attractive hardware!

Sagrada, a board game inspired by the breathtaking stained glass windows of the Sagrada Famรญlia in Barcelona, is a true marvel that combines strategic gameplay with stunning aesthetics. Crafted with precision and care, this game is a delightful experience that challenges players to create their own unique stained glass masterpieces. The first thing that strikes players upon opening the box is the sheer beauty of the game components. The colorful translucent dice, representing different shades and numbers, are reminiscent of the vibrant stained glass pieces found in the iconic basilica. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the game, from the custom dice to the carefully designed player boards. The tactile satisfaction of placing the dice on the board to complete intricate patterns is immensely gratifying. Gameplay in Sagrada is elegantly simple yet offers a depth of strategic choices. Players must carefully select and place dice on their individual player boards while adhering to specific placement rules. The challenge lies in balancing personal objectives, public objectives, and the restrictions imposed by the unique board patterns. The game's mechanics encourage critical thinking and forward planning, making each turn a satisfying puzzle to solve. Sagrada's replay value is outstanding due to the variety of tools and objectives available in each game. The inclusion of private and public objectives adds a layer of unpredictability, ensuring that each session feels fresh and engaging. The game accommodates both casual players and those seeking a more competitive experience, thanks to the flexibility of its difficulty levels. The game's aesthetics are complemented by its serene atmosphere, with the soft colors and elegant design fostering a sense of tranquility during play. The clever use of the theme and the integration of the Sagrada Famรญlia's artistic inspiration create an immersive experience that goes beyond the mechanics of the game. Sagrada is a brilliant blend of strategy and artistry. Its meticulous design, engaging gameplay, and thematic immersion make it a standout in the world of board gaming. Whether you're a seasoned strategist or a casual player looking for a visually stunning and mentally stimulating experience, Sagrada is a masterpiece that deserves a place on every tabletop.
