Good for calibrating you scales and making sure everything is accurate.

These weigh perfectly as said and are satisfying to plonk down onto the scale! The tweezers are very handy and fit the weights well, making nabbing em a breeze. My only caveat with these is that I wish they had come with some sort of small carrying case or something, I keep losing the smallest ones. But that's not the fault of the product itself, simply something that could enhance its value! Overall a solid purchase that I am very pleased with!

I purchased a digital pocket scale to weigh Herbs for recipies and wanted to be spot on. These calibration weights are accurate and easy to use. They ship in a heavy duty plastic pouch, along with tweezers which is quite durable, keeping all the weights together and the tweezers in the same place. The seller shiped these weights very quickly to me, I'm happy with my purchase.

So I'm a data scientist and have access to a Mettler Toledo lab balance. I've calibrated the balance using commercial calibration weights at 1.00 g and 1000.00 g which have a 1.0% tolerance. The weights from this set were surprisingly accurate, with only the 5.00 g weight being off by 0.01 g. This is more than suitable enough for my personal use at home using my kitchen balance. Other reviewers may claim that the weights aren't accurate on their balance, but unless they use a commercial grade calibrated balance, you wouldn't know if it was the weights or their balance that was off. Overall, great and affordable product.

Bought these as an add on to the purchase of electronic pocket scales, for recalibration if necessary. Checked them on the scales and they register perfectly - each weight was dead-on. This means both the scale and the weights are accurate. It would have been nice if they came in a little storage box, but I found that if you have one of the old plastic 35mm Kodak film canisters with a plastic lid it holds the weights perfectly for keeping in your tool box. I don't know what the tweezers are for, but they make a welcome addition to my model-making tool kit.
