This absolutely worked. I was blocked in one ear for 3 days, and I got this on a recommendation from a guy at work. I was sceptical at first as I had never done this before but it was easy. Just fill it up with as hotter water that you can stand and go for it. the best 7 quid i spent all year. It pressure washes your ear and i say use it once a week to never get blocked up again. Was honestly in a bit of a state with a fully blocked ear. Oil was not helping at all. In desperation I bought this and couldn't be happier with it. A few syringe fulls and everything had been flushed out, zero discomfort doing it and I could hear again. Really pleased.

It's okay I doesn't really do anything or Remove Wax. But it helps me wet my Ears because I suffer from Dry Skin. Luckily I have a Metal Ear Wax Tool I use to Remove Wax.

I ordered this after a recommendation from my sister. My husband's ears were so totally blocked that I didn't really believe the syringe would work. It costs a small fortune to get them done professionally so it was worth a try. First softened the wax with warm olive oil over several days and very surprisingly it did the job! Painless, quickly and thoroughly. An easy 5 star product.

Bought this after using Otex drops but they didn’t seem to be having much success (on saying that I would suggest you use drops first to soften up the wax) After two three times using the Syringe it cleared my ear much to my surprise, and my hearing was fully restored so I would suggest to anyone with similar problems it is well worth the money.

This is great! I used it following facial surgery, and I had a lot of dried blood in my ear canal, which was causing issues with my balance. It was easy to use and effective. My balance returned to normal after use. Very handy to have in your medicine cabinet for emergencies.
