Works really well, wish heating element was longer. I use this most often when I work outside (gardening and crafts) and start to get discomfort in my lower skull/upper neck from chill. Have also used in house for same pain, since it's more easy to focus than electric pad and less fuss than microwave ones. Like many people, I already have a couple of USB outlets and cables near the bed, so it's easy. Both settings work well. Vecro closure is mixed blessing...if I want to strap it on very tightly (to get good pressure on needed area), it is staff under my chin, so not as comfortable. But, the design is fine when you just want warmth in the general area of your upper neck/shoulders. I only wish the large disc-shaped heating element was longer (more like a rectangle). Width of heated area is fine. Be sure you have a couple of USB battery banks that fit the pocket if you want to be truly portable. I bought some nice ones, used, from Amazon warehouse. I originally bought this to use in car as well, since I get the same pain at night when driving. But, now I'm just going to buy a second one, so I don't have to remember to pack it each time.

It seems to be good quality and provides enough heat for me. Some reviewers said it didn't heat up enough. Maybe theirs were defective or they didn't understand that there are different temperature settings. It's nicely padded and comfortable at the back of the neck. However, in order for it to stay in the proper place for my neck relief, it needs to be somewhat tightly secured in the front. This is somewhat uncomfortable. I have also wrapped it around my arm which worked well (I believe that I strained my neck, shoulder and arm from carrying some things on my right shoulder. Chiropractic treatments have been a tremendous relief, but still not completely healed). In my case, I think that the blanket type heating pads which are made for neck and shoulders would be better. Many are available here on Amazon. I'm sure that this product is good for many people depending on each person's need.

This product does work, but it takes longer than I expected to get it heated up., and the heat does not last as long as I had hoped. It does work, but it is not as efficient as I understood it would be. Also, it appeared to me to be significantly shorter (smaller) than it was presented as being in the picture that accompanied the ad

Didn't fit snug enough.

This works fine. It has a high circular heating pad that goes by the back of the next. But the pocket for the USB bank is small. It fits my USB bank that is 2.5cm x 5cm (1x2 inches). If I were to guess I'd say if you took the longest side width and 2 times the thickness, it would fit a powerbank with a partial circumference of 5cm + 2.5cm + 2.5cm or 10cm. The button does not have to be held to turn it on. This has pros and cons. One con is the button could be turned on while in a bag or purse accidentally, and run down your powerbank. For safety simply disconnect the USB port from the powerbank.

Very comfortable and light weight.

*update* I removed some stuffing from the pillow in the neck, now I love it. It is on before I leave the house, heats up in cold weather just as fast as in warm house. It gets warm FAST. Is made for very small people, none of the pics or discriptions showed the back was a to big pillow. I am not overwieghg, just really tall, and this barely velcros around my neck due to pillow in back. When I DO Velcro it, it cuts off blood flow to my head, and almost chokes me. Not sure if I like it yet, I do NOT like pillow part. Does not fit UNDER a coat or jacket.
