I ordered this for my grown child as decorative piece. She said she found respect for Barbie again! I love that she is carrying on my Barbie collection.

She Is so beautiful in person . Her dress is embroidered. So beautiful must see in person pictures and online does her no justice . A must have for your collection.

Our family was never really a Barbie family. Our daughter wasn't a collector of the dolls nor did she play with Barbie dolls when she was young. However, this series of Dia de Muertos dolls caught our collective eyes a few years ago and we added this year's edition to our small collection. Without a doubt, this is a beautiful and elegant doll and we're happy to welcome her into our home. This Barbie is exquisitely detailed from the beautiful face mask to her majestic pink gown. The Dia de Muertos motif is wonderfully woven into the entire presentation all the way down to the tiny ofrenda (traditional gift for the day) in her delicate hand. Sure to be treasured in your family for years to come and will definitely be coveted by fans far into the future. Even from a non-Barbie collector, this is a doll you should add to your collection sooner rather than later.

This was a gift for a family member. She is a Barbie fan and was thrilled to receive it. We’ve been collecting them the last couple of years. The hair, the clothes, the designs were all so creatively crafted. They really capture the spirit of Day of the Dead. Look forward to future creations from this series. The package came undamaged and on time, if you wanted to know these details.

When I saw promo photos of this doll the first time I was disappointed. I like the details on the dress and butterflies but I am not a fan of the doll's makeup. I decided to buy this doll anyway to complete the collection (I have all the other ones). I think the doll is more beautiful in person than in the photos, also I bought her with ~a 50% discount, so I am happy with my purchase. But anyway it's my least favorite doll from the Dia De Muertos Barbie collection. I think Mattel can do better and add more difference to the next dolls in the series (by the way, the doll line itself is just GORGEOUS, and those dolls are masterpieces to me).

She's a wonderful tribute doll full of color and vibrance of high quality paying homage to the holiday. She was incredibly priced and a great addition to any collection.

Item was shipped quickly. During checkout it was stated that it would be shipped in it's original shipper box, but I could opt for Amazon to put that box in one of theirs, which I did. So it was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The doll is beautiful and I am very happy with my purchase.
