Thank you for alerting me to this in the description so we can get it corrected. **Q: hello i want to buy your mug but from reviews, your packaging isnt great. Have you improved your packing method?** A: Hi there, thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. The reason I thank you is the reviews on this item aren't mine. I wasn't aware that Amazon has one listing for one items then different sellers can buy of this listing. I have been selling with Amazon for only 2 weeks I've sold a few items and all have arrived safely. Although I am new here I am an experienced seller if fragile items with PM and other selling sites for many years now with 5 star reviews. I will contact Amazon to see if there's a way that a seller can list their listing or to see if there's a way were bad reviews don't affect experienced sellers. Again thank you for your inquiry I learned something new and has helped me understand a bit more about Amazon ♡ **Q: Does the hello kitty soup mug come with a lid?** A: This one does not but we have versions with lids. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely worth the money if you’re a Hello Kitty fan! 🎀✨ *by on Reviewed in the United States August 21, 2026* I absolutely LOVE this Hello Kitty mug! 🎀💕 It’s even cuter in person, and the quality is great. It’s the perfect size, adorable, and honestly makes my coffee taste better just because Hello Kitty is on it 😂💗Definitely worth the money if you’re a Hello Kitty fan! 🎀✨ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Drinking *by on Reviewed in the United States August 24, 2026* SUPER cute! I bought it as a gift and the recipient LOVED it! Although the spikes at the front poke your eye when you try to drink out of it. It works great as a pencil holder or as decoration though. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Every Hello Kitty collector needs this *by on Reviewed in the United States November 6, 2025* This mug is so cute. It is perfect for me as I am a Hello Kitty fan and have a gingerbread themed Christmas. It is a perfect size for coffee or hot chocolate. It is ceramic, not plastic so it can break if you drop it. Like all mugs like this, you cannot use it in the microwave or dishwasher but you can use it with your Keurig machine as it can hold hot drinks. The details and color on the mug are very well done. The painting is not sloppy. Over all, it is a very well made mug and functions well for what its intended for. ## Frequently Bought Together - Silver Buffalo Sanrio Hello Kitty Halloween Skeleton Costume Ceramic 3D Sculpted Mug, 20 Ounces - Sanrio Hello Kitty Skeleton Small Ceramic Snack Jar Container With Lid | Storage For Kick-Knacks | 6 Inches Tall - Hello Kitty and Friends Series 2, Hello Kitty Red Punks Plush - Officially Licensed Sanrio Product from Jazwares - Ages 6+ --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.is/products/561584384-silver-buffalo-sanrio-hello-kitty-skeleton-costume-3d-sculpted-mug](https://www.desertcart.is/products/561584384-silver-buffalo-sanrio-hello-kitty-skeleton-costume-3d-sculpted-mug) --- *Product available on Desertcart Iceland* *Store origin: IS* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
