🌠 Capture the cosmos like a pro—no matter where you live!
The SVBONY SV220 is a 1.25-inch 7nm dual-band narrowband filter designed for one-shot color cameras. It reduces interference from moonlight and artificial light pollution, enhancing contrast for nebula and deep sky astrophotography. Ideal for urban astronomers, it simplifies post-processing while delivering high-contrast images of gaseous and planetary nebulae under all sky conditions.

Great nebula filter
Great filter at a good price! Good results with my stock/unmodified canon DSLR. Still able to focus on bright stars using a bahtinov mask. Suppresses over exposed and bloated stars, minimizing the need for star reduction. Blocks almost all moon-glow, allowing more emission nebulae to be imaged during the full moon. Of course it's not suitable for reflection nebula and galaxies, since it only passes Ha and OIII.

Does the job!
Awesome filter, I use it almost every session

Works Great on Celestron Origin
I am using this on a Celestron Origin Mark II the filter is much better at reducing Halos compared to the Origin nebula filter direct from Celestron and for very comparable price. It doss limit the light bands enough that it's difficult to polar align the origin with this filter in place so after polar alignment and initialization you can switch to this filter and while pointed at fairly bright stars get an auto focus . Very happy with the outcome and results from this filter . Highly recommended for the Celestron Origin

Solid Filter for Ha/OIII in 1 frame
This filter works amazing for adding contrast to emissions nebulae, especially for OSC and DSLR cameras. It is a narrow band filter, so it will cut out a lot of light by design. I've found that doubling either time or ISO gets you pretty close for exposure. If you're wanting to start imaging emission nebulae, I highly recommend this filter. I've attached pictures of the Orion and Rosette nebulae that I took through this filter. Imaging was done in class 5 conditions with a stock Canon R100 and a Skywatcher Quattro 150P

Just buy it.
Just buy it. Got it today. The 7nm works at f2 on a C6 hyperstar. Pics in a bortle 5/6. The difference is night and day. The vail nebula is 40 minutes of integration, Andromeda is 1 hr, and the Christmas tree cluster is 2 hr. Processed real quick in siril.

Perfect if you're on a budget
Works great

Es el mejor filtro que he usado para astro fotografía profunda. Se puede ver los colores de las nebulosas mejor que el UHC o el UV/IR. Estoy sorprendido de la calidad con que se puede ver las imágenes.

Absolutely remarkable!
I have posted 4 images total, 2 whith the SVBONY 220 Dual band filter on and 2 whith the filter off. These where taken whith an IPhone 15 pro and a 102mm maksotov scope in a Bortle 7-8 sky these are single 30 second exposures mostly low on the horizon 20-43 degree above horizon whith intense light glow. It has done an excellent job of removing the light pollution and really showing the nebulas color as well as contrast! I simply can’t recommend this filter enough it’s pro quality for half the price of Optolong filter. The images above are in order the Eagle Nebula messier 16 and home to the pillars of creation the second image is the lagoon nebula messier 8

Fits 2 inch eyepieces. Made to reduce light pollution. Cannot comment on efficiency as have not used it yet due to weather conditions, sorry.
