Really Useful Box Plastic Storage 77 Litre Clear

When the box my Christmas Tree arrived in fell apart one year, I ordered one of the many Christmas Tree bags on amazon. Unfortunately, my tree disassembles, where the branches slot into the tree with a right-angled metal connector. Even just moving the bag a little taking it in and out of storage each year, these metal branch connectors soon started making holes in the fairly thick bag. I started looking for a box to store the tree inane this product came up on the results. I already have several Really Useful storage boxes and really like them so, although I thought this was a little expensive for what it is, I bought one and it arrived quickly. My seven foot tree comes apart into bundles of branches and three poles and a stand - all of which fitted into this box without any problem. It had enough room to fit the small box of Christmas lights in there too. Can't speak to the longevity of the box but it feels decent quality but I'm only going to stack it in the attic space so it should last for years and be better than the bag. My only gripe is that it is a little difficult to carry. There is a locking handle at either of the narrow ends and just above these, are two handholds. This means that you must carry it across your body making it awkward to get through doorways without manhandling it under arm with one of the narrow ends out in front of you. So some sort of strong nylon strap handles fixed at the bottom and centred in the middle so the box can be lifted that way would have been a nice feature. Otherwise the box arrived quickly, packed in a cardboard outer box and was undamaged and delivered fast.. I've bought another for my other tree which cardboard box is showing a lot of wear and tear. Expensive but worth it - at least for me.

This a large container which I chose for a specific reason. I needed to store some tooling that I recently purchased for LWT bench system including extra kit for a router! There are a lot long extrusions which means several long lengths hence I do not want them damaged

I needed something to store our gazebo to keep it safe and dry. This box is large enough to hold a collapsed 3m x 4m gazebo, including all poles, the material roof, 2 side panels, pegs and guide ropes. Very pleased with it. The box itself is very sturdy and although only had a week or 2, I believe it will be very durable. Very pleased.

This box is great for storing long thin items like folded artificial Christmas trees, long rolls of wrapping paper etc. I am a great fan generally of the Really Useful storage boxes and have moved house several times using multiple 64 litre boxes. However this 77 litre box doesn't get 5 stars because of its length the long sides have a tendency to bulge if the box is filled up - with an Xmas tree for example. It could do with a bit more side strength to avoid this. Very useful nevertheless and I now have 3 of them.

Like most RUB products, this does what you expect it to do. It is actually very strong and quite a bit heavier than I expected, but that strength has to come from somewhere. If you need it to store, for example, model railway track, the 'yard' lengths fit comfortably in here and won't get bent by the box or in transit. Recommended.

Read the reviews and saw a lot about broken boxes, but the price was so good I ordered 2 and hoped for the best. They both arrived in intact cardboard boxes and were, themselves, unharmed! The length side of one box does bow in a little and not sit snug with the line of the lid, but once stuffed full of my Xmas decorations am sure will be fine. For the price, these are excellent storage options, not just for Christmas, and the bonus is you can get twice the storage, as the massive cardboard boxes they come in are good quality and will be used too!

I use this to pack away OO gauge hornby trains and track and also fits all my n gauge stuff in. It’s long enough to fit the longest straights they make and wide enough to fit the curved track. Love the “really useful boxes” and I only buy them now. All other brands I’ve had in the past have cracked and broken but never had a problem with these and I have loads on all different sizes. Worth every penny :)

Box itself is great and fit for purpose. That said, it was broken when I received it. Nothing too serious, but a there's a crack in the lid at one end and a piece is broken off the side of the box too. I considered returning it for a replacement, but given the hassle of returning such a large item (it only came wrapped up in plastic which I had to tear to unwrap and so it can't be reused to send it back) I can't be bothered, but I am disappointed. I bought it directly from Amazon, not through a seller. Also, I was under the impression it came with 2 trays, but mine did not have these included. Shame because other than that, it's a great product.

While these are great boxes in general, using space efficiently, fitting tigether and with each ither well, and having a terrific variety if sizes and shapes, there are problems. This particular shape obviously is an issue because the manufacturer discontinued them and of the 4 I ordered, one was delivered to the wrong address by DHL with no recourse, one arrived intact and one broken with no replacements available. I have several size of this manufacture but have already needed to replace several tops. Disappointing.

Die Boxen sind sehr stabil und robuster als bei anderen Hersteller. Dadurch sind sie natürlich auch schwerer, aber Stabilität und Haltbarkeit sind mir wichtiger. Der Preis echt teuer aber dafür punktet die Box mit der Abmessung. Wie oft hat man längere Gegenstände, die immer irgendwo rumliegen oder stehen und andauernd im Weg sind. Man räumt sie von der einen Ecke in die andere. Genau dafür ist diese Box gedacht, denn alle anderen Boxen waren ungeeignet. Ob Gartengeräte wie Kettensägen, Heckenscheren, Gartenbrausen mit Stil oder Gartenstöckchen, alles paßt rein und findet seinen Platz. Das einzige was ich als Nachteil finde ist, daß die gleichen Boxen nicht in einander stapelbar sind. Also wenn man sie z.B. für einen Gartenschuppen haben möchte sollte man wissen wie viele man benötigt. Denn sonst stehen sie ganz schön im Weg. Bei andere Hersteller kann man sie in einander stapeln und so besser verstauen.

Come ogni acquisto di queste scatole sono molto soddisfatta della qualità e della consegna avvenuta nei tempi, vorrei specificare che la scatola non ha ripiani o separazioni e ci entra perfettamente il mio albero di natale e le decorazioni
