Bought these for spouse who had elbow surgery and now needs to protect his funny bone from bumps. We bought several other brands and these pads are by far the most comfortable. They do feel a little tight, but have the best fit and comfort overall. If you have a big arm, they might not work for you. Gave them 4 stars for the tight fit, otherwise would be a 5. These do not fall down and stay in place. Best protection for this price point.

I got these because I have fallen 4 times since September. One of those times I broke both my elbows. I ended up not using g them for my arms, but did use them on my knees that hurt so bad. The actually worked well. I put them on u Der my clothes and they work like a knee brace only more flexible. I will continue to use them during the day like that.

This Arm Brace Pad is fantastic. It’s only been 3 weeks and my “Popeye” elbow is almost completely gone! Plus they are machine washable if you do it right! I put mine in a regular pillowcase and tied the pillowcase shut. Then I put it in a small load in my washer on cold, light cycle! See the picture for proof you can machine wash it!

I had a blow to my elbow years ago which makes it very sensitive when pressure is applied to it. Lately I've been doing curls at the gym and having to rely on my other elbow to take most of the pressure. Needless to say that makes it difficult and a little awkward to do curls. I thought I'd give these a try and I'm so glad I did. Firm padding for the elbow without being hard and uncomfortable. Exactly what I needed and completely solved my problem. Thank you!
