Awesome scissors.
I’ve used a lot of cooking scissors and they rust real quick. I took the chance and bought these black canary scissors. I can take it apart to wash and dry so it doesn’t build up any unwanted residue. I’ve been using it for about 8 months. No rust at all. Just some marks where it connects from daily use. I’ll only trust these scissors for food from now on. Going to purchase the stainless steel version. Worth it for the price. Love these.

One year, still great
I love that they come apart for cleaning. I have had these for one year and they have not rusted, but I am very particular about keeping them clean and dry. Still sharp. Love the black.

Sharp and matches my aesthetic
Out of the box, its nice and razor sharp. Matte black. I love that you can dismantle it for sanitizing in the dishwasher I can't say how it'll last long term but it works great right now and i'm pretty happy with it

easy to clran and take apart
Very easy to take apart for cleaning but have not used it yet to cut threw a whole chicken, that will be the test. When summer comes I will be bbqing again and buying whole chickens to cut in half. The neck etc will be used for soups.
