No they are not! They are loose in a resealable bag.

I tried these years ago and the tasted awful. Do they have a better flavor now?

I have checked the information provided on both the front and back of the Wisp Mini Toothbrush packet. I found no info in regards to whether they are TSA approved (nor have I traveled anywhere except via vehicle since I purchased them). I did find a phone number for any questions. It’s 1-800-468-6502. Their website is www.colgatewisp.com. Hopefully, they will have an answer to your question.
