It's way better than I expected. It looks a lot more expensive than the price. The outer surface looks embossed which makes it more expensive and surprisingly, my intentional nail scratch didn't leave any scratch on it, so it's very durable. The shoulder strap is easily adjustable so that it can be used as a cross bag or a shoulder bag whichever you like. I love it as it's very light, a lot lighter than another bags with the same size. Phone, lipsticks, blusher, keys, small wallet fit into it. Best purchase! I strongly recommend it!!!!
