Love this product! It helps me sleep and takes care of restless legs. Rub a TINY amount (like half the size of your pinkie fingernail) on the bottom of each foot before bed and you’ll have a good night’s rest. Don’t use too much or you’ll be sleepy the next day. Even my husband enjoys it. Nice light lavender smell. Highly recommend!

I have struggled finding a lotion with magnesium that actually smells good and works!! This lotion is incredible and most importantly it doesn’t dry out my skin. It is very light weight and a little goes a long way( not sticky at all). After using it for a week, it definitely helps me relax and stay asleep all night! Even after a long day when my brain is still running at all, it truly helps my mind shut off and fall asleep! I can sometimes get migraines due to smells and it hasn’t given me one!
