I bought these for me as a healthy way to get extra protein. They taste great though not the most filling as they are not very big. So not necessarily a snack replacement, but definitely part of a healthy snack. Turns out my kids love them, too, so much so I had to limit them to one a day as they are a bit pricey to be going through 5 or 6 a day for me and two teens. We have them on auto-subscription every 2 weeks. My daughter started putting them in the fridge as they're fine not in the fridge but we agree they're better when cold. The texture is a little thicker than applesauce but not as thick as yogurt. Good quality and would definitely recommend.

I'm not really a smoothie liker to begin with but I've been looking for various ways to supplement a meal throughout the day and started looking into powders/premade, etc. I read the reviews extensively so I knew these would be hit or miss. I took the gamble and It's 100% a miss. When they arrived I put a couple in the fridge, thinking regardless, they would probably taste better cold. Considering the reviews that mentioned this being "chunky" I squished the bag all up for a solid minute. As soon as I popped the top off and started squeezing, I knew I had made a terrible mistake. I had to wipe away the initial amount that came out of the opening because it looked like tan, curdled, goopy wood glue? I absolutely did not want to go any further but I was invested. I squeezed a bit more out ( this was slightly more smoothie-ish looking now ) and gave it a lick. Yes, a lick. Not a drink. You can't drink this. If you cut the top off, and squeezed it into a glass, it would be like using the cheese packet from Velveeta Shells & Cheese ( which I would legit rather drink) It's super thick, it's grainy - Mixed Berry flavor = rotten bananas and what I imagine a dead worm would taste like. Don't waste your money unless you are some sort of pervert with an old fruit fetish. I'm going to give the rest away on one of my local neighborhood facebook pages with a fair warning and pray that hate crimes are not committed against me.

I ordered these because I am 15 years out from Gastric sleeve. Quick and easy portable portion with high protein content. They taste good. Compared to other proteins I have used. This was a multi pack. My only issue is that I received 1 of the red and the rest were the purple and orange colored pouches. So here’s why I gave it a 4 star. 1star quality 2 for the taste and convenience 3 for the price and size of pouch. 4 no refrigeration needed unless opened. That lacking of equal number of flavour's takes one star off. I have food allergies and can’t consume some of the ingredients in the orange pouches. So those I was going to give away from the start. But now I have 6 orange and the rest are purple. With 1 red. If there is 12 in a box there should be 4 of each.

Cons: Texture of pre-chewed oatmeal, taste of a mid-flu nightmare, bottom layer = chalky vitamin dust, costs more than therapy. Bottom line: If you enjoy expensive dares disguised as breakfast, go ahead. Otherwise, spend that $41.99 on real fruit—or better yet, gas-station donuts. I started going to the gym late at night and needed something to give me energy but not too much that I couldn’t go back to sleep afterwards. These lil pouches do just that! I drink one at home and by the time I get to the gym, I can feel the energy and motivation kicking in! I understand other reviews stating they’re chunky, but I’m pretty sure the seller stated those are fruit chunks inside the pouches. They taste fine to me, so I’m not bothered by it. The taste is a bit off, I will say, they don’t taste exactly how I thought they would and they may even be an acquired taste. I got the one with pineapple in it because I love the mixed berry flavor that comes with it. I DESPISE pineapple but, surprisingly, these smoothies were tolerable for me. Then again, I’ll eat almost anything and not complain. So if you’re sensitive to textures or tastes, this may not be the best purchase for you. If you’re looking for some quick, healthy energy without all the calories, this is it!

Great packaging, easy for on the go but they taste horrible. Guess that’s why they don’t accept returns. I tried all 3 flavors just to make sure.
