Excellent for Travel
This was such a wonderful read for my children. We took a road trip to Mt. Rushmore and read the book as we travelled. EVERYTHING they read about, they SAW in person! It was PRICELESS!! I’m definitely going to pick up the other books as we continue our travels!

Great for kids of all ages
Bought this before our vacation to south Dakota it was a fun read with lots of facts about the area we were visiting. Definitely recommend if you're traveling that way

Fun way to learn history
Bought for grandkids age 8-13 because their great grandfather worked as a call boy directing the carvers during construction on Mt Rushmore during his college years. He was recruited as a left handed pitcher for the Mt Rushmore baseball team and worked summers on the mountain. This story is a fun way for them to learn more about this special place in their family history without just hearing dates and facts. We plan to get more books from this series. The author makes learning fun.

Great Fun!
It was a very pleasant read aloud story. My daughter says it was awesome! The mystery keeps you on your toes and ready to start the next chapter.
