I built a frame out of 2x2 lumber and drilled holes the size of the poles. The frame is about 30 inches wide. I was able to use just 4 poles and bend them to fit with no problem. I stapled 6mil plastic to the 2x2s stretched over the poles. I can lift the entire cover off of my raised bed. The poles and connectors are sturdy enough for my application. I'm happy with the product and would recommend.

These have done a good job so far. The kit gives you enough for at least 10 five or six section hoops. I was able to get two of my 16x4 foot beds covered with one box. Five sections each in the seven hoops for each bed. They are not very large rods like 1/4” or less. But for what it needs to do they work well.

These were purchased out of desperation after having all our raised beds torn up by chickens and little time to make our own hoops. So far they are standing up to pretty heavy wind gusts and are doing the job. Only gave 4 stars because a couple of the couplings were missing which is a bummer. Easy to install.

Using the same configuration as shown on the site, I had numerous sticks break where you attached it with the silver coupling. So then you had a TP tent instead of a arc.

So, what you get in the package is a bunch of short little rods that are coated in plastic, but the ends are crudely cut, thus resulting in fiberglass splinters.The rods barely bend at all, and you have to connect them with super flimsy little plastic connectors, which are the parts that bend. So, the pics show a beautiful arch, but what you end up with are lots of little corner pieces. The plastic connectors are thin and flimsy and while just a speculation I would wager they don’t make it thru the summer without breaking down, at least not in Cali.In my humble opinion- STAY AWAY FROM JUNK! That this is junk!

I love that I am able to protect my strawberries from the birds and bunnies. I was very disappointed 😞 in the mesh that went along with it though. It was very cheap, tore often and couldn't withstand the water from the sprinkler.

I have three new raised beds. Two L shaped and one rectangular. I bought these arches to initially cover in plastic during the first weeks and to help germinate. Then I will remove the plastic and replace with the white bug screening. The arches are sturdy and the box was enough for all 3 beds. Great price and strong. Highly recommend.

Love this system. Easy to set up, sturdy and works like a charm.
