Mabett Dome Lights – Perfect Fit for Bronco 4 doors
I installed the Mabett dome lights in my Ford Bronco Badlands, and the difference is night and day—literally. The brightness is incredible, giving the interior a clean, premium feel, especially during nighttime drives or off-road trips.Installation was quick and easy. No special tools needed—you can even use the factory-provided toolset. I simply plugged in the included harness to connect the rear ceiling light. Great addition and very easy to install.
Works as advertised and is easy to install. Trim tool really isn't needed, just pull the little plug out of the rear crossbar cover and with your fingertips, pry downward to get the front edge of the cover to release. Reach up and over the cover to press the lock tabs that will let the factory light pop out of it's socket. You can use the socket tool your Bronco came with to remove the airbag curtain covers and then route the harness forward on each side, plug in the four lights, tuck the harness back behind the airbag covers with the bolts partially threaded in so that the harness sits on top of the bolts and won't interfere with the airbag if it goes off in a crash. With the four lights attached pull the harness slack from the rear where the light switch is located. Snug all the bolts back into place and then snap the center cover back in plug in the factory dome light, and replace the little plug you pulled off initially.
