Does anyone know what the pinout is?

I tore apart the one that failed on me (Synology original), and it turns out that the brick has only one output: +12 (I presume, haven't measured a running one) and GND. Testing continuity on the cable itself shows that if you hold the connector facing you, with the notch on top (where the arrow lines up) the two top pins (the ones slightly farther apart) are VCC, and the two lower (and the metal casing) is GND. This is all empirical information dissecting the blown up one that I replaced, but I'm not an electronics engineer by any measure, so take it with a grain of salt.

No I don't think it does it's marked output is 12

Will this work with a Kodak i1420 Scanner?

I cannot correctly answer your question. If it takes the same connection it should work. But I cannot say for sure that it will work
