Product Description This recipe originated in Baltistan, a region of Kashmir. The dish was traditionally cooked using a metal bowl and was oftern preparded by sheep herders. A robust combination of caramelised onions with tomato, ginger, bell pepers and garam masala. Ingredients Onion (34%), water, tomato puree (9.9%), tomato (9.9%), refined sunflower oil, green pepper (4%), coriander leaves, ginger (2.1%), garlic, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder, garam masala (0.5%), modified tapioca starch, red chilli powder, lemon powder, fenugreek leaf powder, turmeric powder, nutmeg powder, fennel powder and paprika oleoresin Directions Heat the sauce in a pan over medium heat until warmed through. Serve over your favorite dish. For best results, use 1 cup of sauce per 2250g of Balti Sauce. Best homemade balti Iv ever had so easy and so much better than jars or doing it yourself . Very impressed! I would say tho think one is only for two tho and not four .
