A: It does have a citrus taste to it, but also has a little aftertaste.  I usually prefer fruit or citrus over mint, but I actually liked the mint better than the citrus.

A: Is Caffeine appropriate for a teen? There are many studies that speak to the impact caffeine has on children and teens.  I’m not saying they are all true but some have merit.  Are you willing to take the risk on the health impacts it may have?

Tastes amazing and the energy boost was fantastic. Definitely a buy again for me. If you don't like coffee this is one of the best ways to get caffine. I have a super boring church history class so I use one of these and it keeps me awake. Only one issue with two pieces of my gum then it just melted in my mouth it wasn't like gum at all.
