Eh never again.
I originally purchased 2 packs, I received 1 while the other was stuck somewhere so I had to cancel that one. I needed these for a class birthday celebration and had to send my kid with 1 pack (20 napkins)… Wish shipping worked out but whatever. The quality is strong especially for cupcakes and messy little fingers, wish the pricing was better too but that’s what you get for the theme… Size was of decent size.
