Excellent value brilliant item

This is a great toy for younger toddlers. My granddaughter loves it . "a cuppa tea a cuppa tea"

I had the Fisher Price tea set ten years ago for my eldest and we loved it. I bought the new version for my two year expecting the same and it's a lovely set, minus a couple of gripes. The sounds the teapot plays are great, there are several catchy songs and and you can change the age range of the child on the front of the teapot to make it sing age-appropriate songs. The light up spout is a nice touch. However, the volume is ridiculously loud and it doesn't have a switch to adjust it. I have no idea why they've made it so obnoxiously loud, it's quite uncomfortable. I got around this by applying gaffer tape over the sound holes which has brought it down to a decent volume but makes it looks a bit naff. By toddler hasn't worked out how to peel it off yet but likely will. My other issue with this set is that it's now got an Americanised accent. The original sounded like Mrs Potts. This version isn't as pleasant to listen to. Overall a lovely set though, the items are a good size for a toddler and if you can it on offer like I did, it's great value for money. Unsure about the educational aspect; though it does talk about shapes and colours, the accent puts me off. You get a nice amount of accessories with the cups, cakes etc though a milk jug would have been nice.

My daughter & I love this tea set! We've had so many lovely tea parties where we make tea and share the cakes. She loves to help around the house, so I was concerned this wouldn't be 'real' enough to keep her entertained, but she adores it. She spoons the sugar into the cup, stirs it and taps the spoon on the side of it and then we cheers before drinking. It makes a lovely realistic pouring sound as well, which makes the toy in my opinion. The only thing I would say, is that I was surprised at how loud this toy is! (Which can be over stimulating at 6am) there isn't an option to turn it down either. Let's just say if the real kettle was this loud, I'd skip the morning brew! :D

Got this on sale as an extra wrap up for my little girl for her 2nd birthday, I was worried it would be a bit young for her but she loves it !! I was well impressed as i wasn't sure what to expect really, but it's lovely quality, a good size , and has plenty of phrases and helps them to learn shapes / colours and how to follow instructions and take turns... I would say it would be nice if something else was interactive , maybe the sugar bowl could count for example? Buts it's lovely as it is and helps promote their imagination... Another bonus is I don't think the sound is too loud, sometimes on toys like this the volume level is horrible but this isn't bad Overall a really sweet tea set that I'm impressed with and would highly recommend, I think will be enjoyed for a long time to come 🙂

Was looking for a gift for toddler and Fisher Price is always impressive with quality and structure. This set is darling and great for small hands. Cups large enough to hold a small drink plus teapot has several levels of learning with touch of button. Fun and educational. Happy with purchase.

What a wonderful gift idea. We purchased for a 1st birthday. She’ll grow into it over the next year. The size is perfect for little hands and with such a longstanding brand it should last for a long time. Happy about the learning parts of the toy. Great value.
