Solution: Please switch the electric blanket OFF using the controller and remove the power plug from the power socket. Disconnect and reconnect the power connector to the power inlet. How do I troubleshoot the remote it blinks zero when powered on

Seems you have to actually disconnect everything, both disconnect plug from electric socket and disconnect cord from the pad itself. Wait a few minutes and connect all back again. Hope that works for you

When I turn on giving c code and not working . What do I have to do ?

Unplug it from the wall and replug it. Mine does the same thing!
