This cookbook is absolutely beautiful! The dedication, the tips and tricks, the suggestions, the photography, and of course the recipes - are all so perfect! It's filled with so many classic Italian recipes, she's walks you through each step! I have Laura's first cookbook (which is also beautiful and amazing), but there is just something so special about this one. She hit it out of the park! I've been watching her on YouTube for over 7 years now and none of her recipes have ever failed me! Please grab this books, your won't regret it and you'll be supporting an amazing woman and her sweet family! It's BEYOND!

I been following Laura on YouTube for about 8 years now and not ONCE has her recipes been a let down. I think this book is way more friendlier than her first one. I absolutely love this book. I literally sticky note about 90% of the book. It has everything from easy and delicious weekday dinners to more time consuming recipes that you would have a blast doing on the weekend. I was so afraid to make bread specially focaccia bread and it came out delicious and beautiful! Trust me get this book. It's lovely, detailed and each recipe has a heart-warming memory behind it and authentic Italian recipes.

If you want a good Italian cook book don’t look any further! This is a great book with easy recipes and Laura is a fantastic cook who will explain it all to you! Fresh from Italy!

What a gorgeous cookbook with the most beautiful illustrations and recipes easy for me to follow! I dont know where to start! Just purchase it you won't be sorry! Love love love this cookbook!

Good book. Good pictures. But had to tweak some of the recipes.

Laura does a beautiful job of explaining her journey, and the connection she has to these recipes. If that’s not your jam, no worries! You can skip the forward and jump right into the recipes! Each one is very straightforward and easy to follow. I love the quick week night recipes that come together without sacrificing flavor. The Sunday recipes are comforting and delicious, but don’t require a lot of ‘active’ time. Such a great book from appetizer to dessert and everything in between. A wonderful book that I will go back to time and again.

This recipe book is a “must have” for every lover of Italian food! Laura Vitale not only shares amazing recipes, she shares a piece of her heart! Precious family recipes, many passed down from her beloved Nonna. Beautiful photography, heartwarming stories and easy to follow instructions. I can’t wait too cook my way through every mouth watering recipe! Mangia!

I did not know anything about Laura Vitale before I came across this book and now I'm in love with her. Her recipes are simple, but tasty and not out of reach of anyone who wants to cook good authentic Italian food. Every single page you open you want to cook. There are no ingredients that are hard to source. Majority of them being from your local supermarket or deli. I do menus from my cookbooks for a week at a time and she is definitely up the top of the list of books to cook from. Photos are enticing and the recipes simple. If you want something to add to your collection, I can thoroughly recommend this book.

I've been going through the book making a new recipe every week this summer and not one has failed. I've been making Laura Vitale's recipes from her website for years and I am never disappointed. It's actually an ongoing joke in my house when I make a new dish, my family asks who's this recipe from? Laura? Of course. So that's why I got the book. Recipes are easy to make, no crazy ingredients that are hard to find. It's just simple ingredients, easy to make and delicious recipes.

LOVED IT.. CAN'T WAIT TO COOK FROM IT..

This is an excellent cook book with many tasty and easy to make recipes. Nothing too complicated just good home cooking recipes. Unfortunately my copy had suffered some fairly bad damage even though package that book arrived in was undamaged and clearly the book has been handle very badly prior to packaging hence only a three star rating.
