1U Hinged Rack Panel XLR HDMI Audio Rack Mount Panel with 16 D-Series Punch-Outs for 19 Inch Audio Enclosure Server Computer Equipment Studio (1U16D)

I was initially a bit wary of this given its from a manufacturer I’ve never heard of. But my concerns were unfounded and this rack panel works great. I love having the hinged panel so that I can easily access the rear side whenever needed. It is sturdy enough that I don’t worry about the hinges breaking or otherwise failing. Great bang for buck!

First of all, mine came in bended. Seller quickly refunded and I repurchased The notched panel came in wrapped in plastic and boxed up nice I am using this for a splitter among other things as you can see in the photo. I like the swing out capability but the only thing I dislike is the swing is not recessed like others. My goal is to keep the case sealed as much as possible since I am running an intake and exhaust fan. I have attached 3 photos, the panel, the panel hinge and an example of a recessed hinge note these hinged panels are not made for weight. you can add whatever you want when these are screwed in but if you swing it out with weight, it will stress the hinges

I bought this to set up a patch bay to connect all my amps to a UA OX.

Gotta love the hinges on these, they’re thin but still very strong. I’ve used these in 3 different cases now mounting XLR, Powercon, Cat6 and various other connectors on these and they hold up! I don’t think I’d ever buy one without a hinge again, these are a good pick!
