(For bottle and replacement heads) Ordered a bottle in advance of finishing the first one, and they packaged and shipped an empty bottle....empty. Not leaked, empty. No sign of a leak, no residue or scent. Empty bottle tossed in a little bubble wrap bag and sent off. For the replacement heads, unless you have the original all metal one, these will not fit. On top of that, after finally finding the old roller and replacing the head, it's completely dull....replaced with a second, and it's completely dull. Avoid this seller, order directly from the company.
