I ordered this walking pad in like new from Amazon and it indicated it had all the parts. Upon arrival, it did not. It was missing pretty much all of the accessories (oil, remote, adjustment wrench) Amazon couldn't replace just this parts (but gave me a partial credit to keep it). Since I could maintain it without the accessories I reached to the vendor and they were quick to respond and sent me all the missing items without charge. Customer Service is 5 stars!! Amazon, please do a better inspection of returns before you sell them as complete/like new. As for the walking pad, I love it. It is the perfect size and easily slides underneath my couch for storage. The remote is very small so easy to tuck in your pocket to control your speed. I'm 65 and think this is a way to get a little more activity in your day walking while you catch up on a fav show!

Very good walking pad that gets the job done it has a lot of speed settings and ease of use. the size of it is not an issue as it is small enough to put away without being noticeable.

Bought this one to replace another walking pad that broke after 1 year of use. So far this has made me happy with my choice. This model is much more silent than the previous one. Also not heavy, so super easy to reallocate when necessary. Not mentioning that the incline is super stable and adds up to the workout while being active at work.

I love this walking pad. I use it everyday. It's really quiet, light weight, and easy to store. After a little over a month the motor starting making a loud noise so I reached out to the company directly and they were able to send me a new walking pad. A+ SERVICE!

***Update*** Seller has been phenomenal. I decided to initiate a return/replacement. At first I was disheartened at the thought of having to mail back the old one but figured I could simply use the box of the new one when it arrived. The seller Feichisport reached out and said not to worry about it, they're issuing a replacement and I don't need to send the old one back. What a relief! Excited to get the new one and get back to my 8 miles a day! Starting to regret repurchasing this item. Bought my first Akluer walking pad Feb 2025. I walk about 8 miles a day 5 days a week and last month it stopped working. I was happy with this pad so I bought another one. I'm 2 weeks in to using this brand new one and already I hear a clicking noise coming from the area that houses the belt/motor.

I have to say, I love this walking pad. I used it for 3 months before the motor started going bad. However, I found the sellers website and wrote a message to them via the contact us button. I didn't hear anything for a while but turns out the email had gone to my spam folder. Once I sent them my confirmation of my order and a short video of the walking pad not working they were quick to send out a new one. For everyone that says they can't get in touch or don't hear anything from the seller I advise to go check your spam folder. I am now back to using my brand new walking pad with no issues so far.

Purchased this on sale for $95 about 6 months ago. I have used it roughly 3 times a week for anywhere from half an hour to two hours at a time. So far, it is holding up. The remote is still using the battery it came with. You do not need a mat or lube for this treadmill! It comes with a bottle of lubricant and has rubber feet. The biggest problem with this treadmill is how loud it is, specifically it has a high pitched squealing noise (like a dog whistle). I wouldn't use this with other people in the room or without wearing headphones. It would definitely be too loud to use on a phone call. Overall, very good for the price.

PLEASE DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT. Completely short-circuited my apartment and impossible to return (given you have to pay return shipping costs) to either the seller, Amazon or the original manufacturer. PLEASE don’t waste your hard earned money on this.

Nice quiet machine. Various speeds give you a good workout. Easy to operate. Easy to move around.

Can I give it zero stars. Blew up money I plugged it in. Make sure you see all the negative reviews.
