Great for enhancing your own bisque
Very good flavour, not sure about the thickness because I use it to season my own bisque

It's quite an amount but keeps in the fridge. I'll just make lots of soup!
Used as the base to a crab bisque. It was divine, really!

Great product! Love it. Has a great natural taste and is easy to use. You only need a bit to get that strong nice lobster flavour. Used in a soup, in a paella (yummie) and to lift a fish sauce. A simple mayonaise gets the wow factor with a bit of the fumet in it!

Je viens de le tester et il est très bon: j'ai fait des tas de 40g que j'ai mis au congélateur sur un plat puis quand ils ont durcis, je les ai mis dans un sac au congélateur pour les prochaines fois. Ravie de mon achat !
