Unitravel Hardside Luggage Rolling Suitcase Lightweight Carry On Trunk with Spinner Wheels

I’m an airline pilot and have been using the same Samsonite hard side aluminum framed carry on for 25 years. It’s seen millions of miles of travel. The handle on it isn’t working as it should it gets stuck in the up position. I thought it was time for a new suitcase. Obviously Samsonite was the obvious place to begin my search. I was very disappointed by their framed hardside Fortifi 20”. No where near the quality of my 25yo Samsonite. They also want $510 dollars for it but sales can be found. You can get it for $260 shipped. Very disappointed in the shell. Very thin shell and attached to the fame by what looked like rivets. This wouldn’t last 3 years. It migh have lasted a year. All hardside cases with zippers were eliminated as an option. I needed aluminum frame with latches. This carry on is the only one found which approaches the quality of my 25yo Samsonite. It comes really close. Aluminum frame, thick shell, locking latches. A very nice case that should also last 25 years. It’s also an excellent value for the money.

Bought two of this hard sided luggage for our cruise. It is so well made. Sturdy everything: wheels, handles, sides, frame. I was a little concerned at first because you could press on the sides and they would bend in and pop back out(not the frame). So after several flights, the cruise handling them, there is not a scratch or dent. Just as beautiful as out of the well packaged materials. Easily wheeled through the airport and to spot coming off the carousel. The only issue we had was when the second bag was added to the top it became quite tippy. Perhaps a larger wheel?

I have purchased this suitcase for a month now, and finally, I had chance to use it. I just came back from the LA to New York, and finished my one week trip. I have to say this suitcase made my trip much easier and convenient. I purchased the size 20” one, and you can carry it to the airplane. The capacity is bigger then I thought because I took everything I want, and it fitted everything. It’s also light weight, and the 4 wheels make it easy to pull. It also has the password lock which prevent you from theft. Overall, it’s high quality suitcase and perfect to carry on to the airplane.

I always read and hear bad reviews about this type of luggage with zippers as they break. Did some research and found these love the fact it does NOT have the zipper. We bought 2 carry ons and took an international trip. On the way there we carried them on and they put them under the plane and they were fine. We changed hotels while we were there and dragged them 15 min down cobblestone streets with snow and the wheels held up perfect. On the way home we check them and you know what they had to of gone through and no breakage anywhere!!! Only thing I could give a small criticism is the flap really does not stay when you put it on the loop but that does not matter to me. Now that I know it holds up well I will be ordering a larger one. I was concerned with how unsubstantial the telescoping handles are but they held up on our trip. Oh and it rolls and handles like butter.

I bought a 28 inch version. The actual width is 52cm/21inch, as 'please allow 2-3cm error' on their catalogue, resulting in (H+L+W)>158cm/62inch. But, I did not get any troubles at check-in; airlines seem to care about weight of luggage, not about its actual size. While it got many scratches during travels, inside was safe. I like this item.

The appearance looks beautiful and I like the color very much. I also enjoy some of the great features. strong material , super light.and smooth universal wheels. It is easy to carry when traveling, It is my favorite case now!

I like to suitcase. It is hard case with very nice quality. It's so light and easy to carry. I travel a lot . Alway looking for a nice durable suit case I can bring to the airplane with me. This is great fit for me. It is 20 inch. But inside is pretty big holds a lot of stuff. The wheels runs very smooth too
