Works as discribed

I used this product for a few months and it stopped recognizing the water tank inside of its own unit (after following maintenance instructions to the letter)! I found tons of people online that have the same issue and customer service is dropping the ball apparently with zero troubleshooting solutions and telling folks to buy new parts. I guess production testing was cut at Dyson. This picture means your Humidifier is done.

Amazing product. Your skin will feel it immediately! Very easy to connect and to use.

I purchased this Dyson, within 10 days started having issues. called support twice; was told on last call to bring it to a Dyson store so they can try and fix it. I don't have time to be lugging this thing over, wait for God knows how long, its only worked for 10 days, i cant imagine it lasting for years. I'll never purchase any Dyson product going forward.

Do not trust any items for re-sale here. You will get what looks like a 10 year old item, with old tapped out filters full of dust. I shouls have taken pictures, next time i will. I bought it said very-good quality. Everything that could have been wrong about the unit was. I normally never write reviews, but i was shocked at the state of the item. The description of the item was not accurate at all. I connected with a dyson agent and we did a video call where he helped me click the right buttons and red started appearing all over. There was dust covering the entire inside of the unit i had to clean myself. The one thing that came looking ok was the outershell filter, everthing else did not work except the fan. Pathetic.

I received my Dyson today. Followed the instructions and triangle was on. I went into troubleshooting and same. Seems the top of the tank is damaged. Pricey machine for it not to work.

Es una pesadilla cualquier aparato chino es mejor , ni aunque le echaras agua destilada serviría con razón en las rondas Dyson ya no lo venden acaba sirviendo como filtro de aire porque las bomba de agua y el humidificador NO SIRVEN de Hecho amazon vende refacciones pirata jajaj

Que cuando se necesita soporte ,Dyson se hace pato y te da muchas vueltas y no te da el soporte que nesecitas, se sale por la tangente

Caro pero bueno

El equipo empezó a hacer un ruido raro (como un ruido agudo como de un grillo, súper fuerte que te despierta en la noche) después de 3 meses. Me comuniqué al área de soporte de Dyson para que me ayudaran a resolver el problema y me pidieron que lo tengo que mandar al centro de servicio para un diagnóstico. Después de 14 días me dicen que hay una pieza que está mal y que la tienen que cambiar, pero que no la tienen y que puede tardar mucho tiempo en llegar. Ya llevo un mes sin el equipo, y sin ninguna respuesta de Dyson. Me he metido a foros de soporte y hay varios que reportan el mismo problema y que dicen que Dyson ha tenido que cambiar el equipo por otro nuevo, sin embargo, a los 3 o 6 meses vuelve a pasar el problema. No se metan en problemas, no compren a una compañía que no apoya.
