Receiving the 2023 AirPods Pro (2nd generation) with MagSafe Case (USB‑C) left me a bit nervous, given the prevalence of clone models in the market. However, a thorough check of my AirPods' authenticity, coupled with confirmation from Apple's customer care team, put my concerns to rest. The product was not only genuine but also delivered on time, adding to my overall satisfaction. Without a doubt, these headphones are the most amazing I've ever used. The voice clarity is exceptional, capturing even the minutest details in sound. I am truly impressed and extremely happy with my purchase. This is the first time i buy used products from Amazon. It was mentioned, used like new. Rubber adapters Size XS were missing. Carton was very used (doesn't make a difference on product quality), as if it was sent to many different customers and returned back. First and last time to buy used products. Airpods Pro is super, sound quality, noise isolations and Hearing test is a amazing (was the reason i bought it, similar to the one at the doctor).

I purchased the AirPods Pro 2 from Amazon expecting top-quality performance, but honestly, it’s been a complete waste of money. The sound quality is nowhere near what I expected for this price, and the microphone performance is terrible during calls — people often say they can’t hear me clearly. The noise cancellation doesn’t work as advertised, and sometimes the connection randomly drops even though I’m using an iPhone. Battery life also seems to drain much faster than claimed. For such an expensive product, I expected reliability and premium performance, but it’s been nothing but frustration. I’ve tried resetting, cleaning, and updating, but nothing helps. Definitely not worth the hype or price. If you’re planning to buy, save your money and look for better alternatives.

At first I was kind of hesitant to buy high-end tech from online markets, especially the expensive ones like these AirPods Pro 2 that I received because of the massive price differences between online and local markets. But thankfully it turns out that I made the right decision. The item is almost brand new (has warranty until 31st of January, 2026) and is working smoothly. Noise cancellation is just a perfect, once you start using and put earphones on your ears, you feel the NC is working. Original product, highly recommended !
