When I first bought it, one of the blades never worked. But it was hot, we live on the third floor, and there weren't any fans in the store, so we stuck it out. It fully stopped working a week or two ago. It lasted, barely, through the summer.

This thing is a pain to install in wider windows because the accordion fillers really want to retract. Works well once installed though

When it says that it works as either an incoming fan or as an exhaust fan, they mean that you have to take it out of the window, turn it around, and then put it back in the window. In other words, it's just a single direction fan. Don't confuse it with a fan that can have the airflow direction changed while leaving the fan in the window.

Gives the perfect amount of air to the room for sleeping.

I have purchased many different window fans from Amazon and so far this is the most quiet. It’s almost silent on low, and still very quiet on high. It also has excellent power as an exhaust fan, maybe the best I’ve tried. Highly recommended especially for the price. I also purchased the digital version for $10 more but I haven’t tried it yet. That one has 3 speeds and more powerful motors and has electronic exhaust function.

Worked fine for about 2 months, then one of the fan motors burned out. Avoid at all costs.
