I’ve been taking these for about two and a half weeks and already notice a difference. My nails feel stronger and my hair feels a bit fuller and smoother. I can’t speak on skin results since I follow my own skincare routine, but I’m really happy so far. They taste great, not too sticky on your teeth and while some of the vitamins may stick together, (as it does with many similar products) they’re very easy to separate and it doesn’t affect the quality at all. YAY!! My skin has been so bad lately but since i started taking these i’ve seen that my skin looks like brighter, clearer, and like glowing from within? 😭 Idk it just looks a lot better and my lashes have been falling out less and they taste super good!

I was so excited to buy this because I received a free trial and they tasted so good! Shortly after taking this, I started experiencing INSANE acne, even on my chest. I have never in my life experienced breakouts like this, and the pimples are leaving acne scars and are absolutely impossible to cover up with makeup. I was making myself crazy, washing my makeup brushes twice a week, double cleansing my skin, and couldn’t figure out what was causing it. Then I saw a TikTok mentioning this product causes breakouts and I put it all together. The acne started almost immediately after taking these. I am throwing out my bottle and never recommending to anyone. I now will be spending even more money to repair the damage it has caused my skin.

I got these to help reduce hair loss and help my skin and hair be healthy. The gummies are really yummy and don't have any weird side effects- no upset tummy like other supplements. Since starting them I have noticed less hair loss. My only issue is the gummies tend to all stick together as one blob in the bottle, making it hard to just get two out at a time.

This is second bottle i have purchased. I felt that these worked really well to restore my hair growth after going through a thinning phase. My dematologist recommended that I take Biotin and apply a topical regrowth ointment ( i.e. Rogaine) and the two together worked beautifully. My hair came back nicely. These are pricier than Biotin supplements or other hair/nail supplements, but I feel that they are worth it. The components in them seem to work extremely well to regrow hair.

Gummies work fine. They small and taste great; however they all arrive sticked together and you have to manually separate them which is not ideal.

Tastes good! And hoping it makes my skin and hair feels better!!
