solid cover, covered entire bag, not the base and seems to hold up well

Good quality
I like it, but wish it was longer to cover the base. I keep the BOB outside and want to keep the UV rays off of it. There was an unexpected pocket for gloves which is nice, but I wish it had a velcro to secure the flap. The wind flipped it up and my training gloves got wet. I would recommend this though. It's nice.

I had a hard time figuring out from the measurements if it would fit my 100lbs heavy bag but it fit perfectly and protects it from the elements when not in use.
