Super easy to sink to mini split! I just took it out of the package and turned it on that was it!

Worked perfectly for my Toshiba unit. Could do with more steps for the fan as the original remote had two more.

Remote worked well ....then the power button stop working cannot turn off AC

It worked but I set the AC on Celsius and now I can’t change the AC again at Fahrenheit, any idea how to do it ?

I tried several times with no success to pair this with my portable AC. It connected 3 times but only clicked the unit on. No control over other functions. It takes over an hour and a half to run through each code in search mode, one second at a time. Will try a bit more tomorrow. Oh, by the way, it says it will "beep" if it connects, never heard that either. Plus, it won't hold the correct code even if it ever finds it, it says in the "instructions" that you have to be right there waiting for it "beep" then press any button to confirm it. I let it go through 6000 and now it is starting over. I guess I'll be packing it up to return soon. Too bad, it is a good idea if it would just do what it says it will. UPDATE: After many, many tries, I got it to find a code that will work SOME functions (like on/off) but not all. It will NOT as some have noted, let you lower the temperature below 77. It will NOT move the mode button from cool to fan. It will NOT adjust the fan speed from low to high. I will still return this item, and hope the next one will be more successful. This was NOT the cheapest choice, nor was it the most expensive, but it looked like it should at least do what the listing says it will do. Alas, Not So. Oh Well, back to the drawing board.

Used the auto-scan function and it worked perfectly with the old AC of my rented villa. It has been amazing to be able to control my AC from my bed during the night.
