I wanted to wait a while before submitting a review to see how these knives fare through everyday use. Firstly, when you get them out of the box, they are extremely impressive; well-weighted, good ergonomic handle and very sharp and stiff blades. These knives also retain their sharpness with a quick run through the accompanying knife sharpener, which was purchased at the same time. They are expensive, but I am sure we will not need any replacements in our lifetimes.

Excellent knife set! The blades are super sharp out of the box and have stayed sharp which is a bonus. We generally hand wash and dry but they look as good now as the day they were bought. Only thing I would say to anyone looking at these is unless you're sure you need all the knives and will use them, you may find you just plump for the smallest knife (veg/paring) as it seems to work nicely for a variety of jobs :)

I always was dreaming about professional set of knives. Finally I found it. This is really amazing set and I think any chef will be more than happy to have it. I am not a chef, but we love to cook in my family. First I can said I thought knives can not be so expensieve, but when we start to use them I can feel a huge difference with any sets I have used before. They arrived well packed. Knives were super protected in a box, wrapped in bubble wrap, each knife was in plastic with protective paper case and metal clip. Honestly I was really tired to open all of them. The oak base is quite heavy, but also impressive. Knives are super sharp, any kind of meat I am cutting like a soft butter. Handle is very comfortable in hand to hold. They are not too heavy, but really nice. The stand is very handy to use when cooking. Overall this is perfect set for using at home or maybe some professional kitchen, also for giving as a present. If you really want have good quality knives for your kitchen, I am sure they are the best. Highly recommend it

I cannot emphasise how fantastic these knives are. I am so impressed, they are expensive but from the moment they arrive, the quality oozes out of them. The packaging is fantastic, every part of the set is carefully wrapped and protected to ensure that no damage is made to the set in transit. The knives themselves look absolutely beautiful and feel fantastic in your hand. The knife stand holds the knives beautifully and securely making them a great focal point for the kitchen on display and allows you to reach for them with ease when cooking. I cannot believe how sharp they are, the bread knife for me was unbelievable, I cut a bagel and it almost sealed the bread where it cut and when I say I had about 2 crumbs I am not exaggerating, I was so impressed. A stunning set that is absolutely worth the money.
