VERY buttery nut/seed doesnt affect my Nut + Peanut allergy!! read all details
So, first of all the nut is great to mix with crunchier ones, its like the cheese of nuts/seeds, not great on its own, but AMAZING to mix with other textures in a mix. I am personally allergic to ALL nuts and peanuts.... (pecan, walnut, macadamia, almond, pistachio, hazelnut, peanut, pine nut, cashews) Except! ::: Baruka nut/ Baru almond - Tiger Nut - Sacha Inchi nut/seed - Brazil Nut I can eat these Pili nuts. OF COURSE only try at your own risk if you have a nut allergy, consult with your doctor, etc. I DO NOT have a deathly allergy, I will just be on the couch in some type of pain for about 4 hours after taking a few benedryl with the other nuts.

I can't say anything bad about it. It's a very high fat nut. If your body building, watch your midsection to see if you gain any fat. Gaining fat is very possible while using this product. It still gets a four star rating.
