ソースがよく絡んで食べやすい。
あまり馴染みのないパスタだったので半信半疑で購入したが、表面積が広いためか、茹で時間も比較的短く、食べやすかったです。トマトソースやクリームソースと合わせても、パスタサラダでも違和感なく楽しめました。まだ歴史の浅いパスタと知ってもっと広まってもいいのではと思っています。
