I will say. Nuts were fresh and so was the pastry. If you’re looking for a nice fresh nut selection (mainly pistachios) this is nice. Not spectacular but decent for the price. It’s a dry baklava not heavily syrupy. In fact hardly even sweet. Very dry. But the nuts were fresh and tasty. If your looking for a more syrupy baklava then go with a Turkish style or some Greek styles can be more syrupy especially the honey syrup ones. All in all I give these 4 stars for the presentation, good size or amount, good value, freshness and quality of the nuts. Hope this helps when making your selections.

Sweets were good but a bit dry when it got to my home.

Did not taste fresh or anything special

The baklava comes in an attractive box and makes a good gift presentation. This baklava is not the type done with honey so after I remembered the suggestion of a different review we drizzled a few drops of honey over each piece of baklava. That made a big difference in flavor. If you like it medium moist and only moderately sweet leave it as is. If you prefer it a bit more moist and sweet add the few drops of honey.

I recently had the pleasure of trying these baklava, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. The baklava were not only delicious but also remarkably fresh, making each bite an absolute delight. The quality of the ingredients and the care put into making these treats were evident from the first taste.
